You can expect a small group of mothers guided by a group facilitator who come together with the intention to engage in a supportive community and have the opportunity to share openly and honestly about the highs and lows and everything in between that is motherhood.  It is a space to share stories, not advice.  The intention is to help you feel supported by a community of like-minded mothers, and reduce the isolation commonly experienced by many.
